Business Unit Lead - LIFT99 Tallinn

Lead the next chapter of LIFT99 Tallinn

We're looking for someone to take ownership of LIFT99 Tallinn and help grow it into the most valuable startup hub in the region.

This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building businesses, developing people, creating new opportunities, and turning ideas into reality. You'll be responsible for the growth, performance, and day-to-day success of LIFT99 Tallinn while helping shape the future of Estonia's startup ecosystem.

Your Mission

Own the growth and performance of LIFT99 Tallinn.

You'll be responsible for revenue, profitability, team leadership, partnerships, operations, and developing new services and offerings that create value for founders while growing the business.

What You'll Do

Own the business performance of LIFT99 Tallinn, including revenue, profitability, budgets, and key metrics.
Define goals, priorities, and growth initiatives aligned with LIFT99's vision.
Lead, support, and develop a high-performing team.
Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with members, clients, sponsors, and ecosystem stakeholders.
Develop and package new services, programs, events, and commercial offerings that create value for founders and startups.
Improve processes, identify opportunities, and solve challenges before they become problems.
Report results, opportunities, and risks to the management board.
